Our experienced team offers a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based interventions. This allows us to provide the right support for your individual needs.
We work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, OCD, phobias, panic, stress, low self-esteem, grief, emotional difficulties, and many other mental health challenges. We also provide specialist support for neurodivergent individuals, including ADHD and autism, adapting therapy to work with your brain rather than expecting you to fit a traditional model of therapy.
Alongside therapy, we offer comprehensive ADHD and autism assessments for both adults and children, clinical supervision, coaching, workshops, and training for organisations, schools, and professionals.

Comprehensive Mental Health Support

Our British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies -accredited clinicians are trained in evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing, and we also offer Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and Autism assessments.
Alongside client work, we provide Clinical Supervision to support other professionals in delivering safe, effective care.

Elisha Kemp - Director/ ADHD Assessor/ ADHD and Autism Coach/ CBT/EMDR Therapist and Consultant in training
With over a fourteen years of experience in mental health, I specialise in evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing therapy to support individuals on their healing journey. I am a qualified ADHD Assessor and specialise in adapted Neurodiverse coaching and therapeutic sessions for clients.
I am also a Consultant in training in EMDR and offer supervision for both CBT and EMDR.
